Shipping policy
All purchases are sent through secured postal and shipping services. A refund or replacement (which either is preferred by the customer) will be given if any package is not received or is damaged upon delivery.
Replacement not available for unique pieces or out of stock/end of line products
Damaged good will need photographic evidence including of the packing and of the condition in which the product arrived.
